Flawless on Fifth began as a dream between two friends, Holly Rush, RN, and Kim Thomlison, who wanted to create a space where people could feel truly cared for. Today, that dream has become a thriving med spa known for natural results and a personal touch. Every client who walks through the door is welcomed with warmth, honesty, and genuine care.

I became an RN in 2003 to funnel my passion for making a difference in people’s lives. From hospital settings to my favorite practice, Aesthetic Nursing. I only feel like I have done my job when my patients are thrilled after every visit with me. I use all my experience and specialized skills to help my clients achieve a natural, refreshed look while boosting their confidence. I never get tired of seeing my clients marvel at the improvements we can make in even life-long cosmetic issues.

Early in my career, I discovered my love for aesthetics while working as a surgical assistant. Transitioning to patient coordinator in Aesthetics over two years ago, I now coordinate and manage the administrative side of Flawless on Fifth.

My passion lies in educating individuals about their skin. Recently, I made the move to Temecula from my sunny hometown of San Diego, where I was born and raised.
Proudly, I was the recipient of San Diego's first Hydrafacial Master Scholarship. I can't wait to help you reach your skin care goals!
